When you contact us or ask for help, we keep the details you share with us. To check a request for help, we may also ask about your family’s situation and for supporting documents.

Your card, UPI or bank details are handled by our payment provider. We do not store them on this website.

2.How we use it

We use your information to process donations, collect monthly gifts, reply to your messages, check requests for help and keep proper accounts as the law requires.

3.Who can see it

Only authorised trustees of the trust can see donor names, phone numbers and other personal details. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and process payments, and only as much as they need. We may also share it when the law requires us to.

4.Updates by email or WhatsApp

We will send you news and updates by email or WhatsApp only if you agree to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

5.Stories and dignity

If we share a story about someone we have helped, we use initials only. We never make a person’s identity or personal details public without their permission.

6.Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep it only for as long as we need it for our work and for our legal and accounting records.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, where the law allows. Please send your request through our contact page.
